It was a group interview where we all spoke in turns in a circle. It was collaborative and was meant to get a feel for how each applicant interacted interpersonally.
Great, it was very laid back. The staff were all friendly and they asked interesting questions. Must be aware of the Lululemon brand and what they stand for. Also it helps if you are athletic and have knowledge of the sporting/athletic world.
