Interview
Applied online, then got an email the same day saying that there was a workout session that I needed to attend to. I got there and there were about 35 other people there. I am not sure if they were there for the same position (applying as an educator) but they were all applying to Lululemon. It was a HIIT workout, lasted about 45 minutes, then they broke us up into groups of 6/7. They then asked us questions and we went around and answered them. They said they would let us know if there would be a follow-up interview so we were instructed to keep an eye on our email, but I heard nothing.

What is your biggest weakness that you would like to change?
the process was good and smooth. they have a lot of friendly hr colleague. i enjoyed the process, it was good! the interview was average, not too easy not too difficult.

It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.

Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager
