The process isn't quick. Usually takes 1-2 months and several interviews. Group Interview (Yoga, fitness, etc.), Interview with Assistant Manager or Key Leader, Interview with Manager. All basically revolve around the same process, seeing if you mesh with the Lululemon Lifestyle. All super informal, very laid-back so nothing to worry about. Easiest way to get an interview is to go to one of their free yoga classes and chat to a manager afterwards. Everyone is super friendly, just beware that the company may not be all that you think it is - I was a lifelong customer before I worked there and don't shop there as much now mainly because the company did not uphold all that I believed it to be.
