First interview was 1-1, then there was a group interview where we talked about how we "go above mediocrity" or something. It's a time consuming process and feels very exclusive. The interview process probably took a week and half between interviews and hearing back, feels like you have to prove yourself to fit into their staff. It's not about experience and motivation to work, it's about how you fit in with their lifestyle brand.
