I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2025
Interview
Very overwhelming. People involved in the interview process wasn't prepared for it, making the same questions in a different way and clearly not interested in my previous experience but more in how the brand is "famous".
First round with recruiter went great. Took a bit to hear back that they went with another hire. The company seems like a really cool culture to be a part of.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Hong Kong) in Aug 2022
Interview
The HR arranged a zoom interview and followed up quickly to arrange a second interview in person with a stakeholder, HR mentioned would then arrange a final interview with the executive when return to office. Unfortunately I never hear back, even I sent a follow up email after.
