I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online and filled in the questionnaire. I later received an email telling me I had been invited to a group interview. It was very early in the morning, I am not a lululemon person but as simply someone who enjoys working out and running. They're looking for people who fit their idea of an ideal lululemon employee, passionate about the brand and very spontaneous. They asked questions such as 'if you could go on a road trip with anyone who would it be and where would you go'. It's a very female dominated place and you can see that in both the clothes in store and those they hire.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
