Went through five rounds of interviews, and had no response from the recruiter. The position also changed who it was reporting to and what department it was in mid-interview process. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Rigorous and thorough. Several interview levels. Prepare to speak about retail clothing regardless of the position you're applying and frankly don't bother applying for anything corporate if you have no exposure to e-commerce.
