I applied on Linkedin and then 3 weeks later I received an email from the Asst Store Manager to join a group interview. It was me, 4 other interviewees, and ASM and the store manager. They were SUPER equitable and let everyone answer the 4 questions they had, calling on a different person to start each time. Then we got to ask questions. It went on a bit long because everyone had questions so over an hour but I appreciated it. An hour or two after the interview I received an email from the ASM for an interview 3 days later with 2 store managers. The interview was brief because I answered very well her only 3 questions and I asked 3 of my own. An hour later I received an offer. I wouldn't advise negotiating hourly base rate salary.

There will be one person who asks questions and the other to record your answers. They will have a set of predetermined questions and will be looking for the classic STAR format when it comes to answers.
