I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon in Aug 2023
Interview
2 stage interview, talent manager kept changing the time only to have a brief chat before meeting with the line manager. stage 2 was more focused on my experience and gave scenario based questions
Was fairly straight forward and easy to navigate hiring manager was a mid level PMO resource and didn't ask too many technical questions, not the hardest interview ever. i got the offer after one go round
Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.
