The word I use to describe my experience is odd ( for lack of a better term). The preliminary round of the interview lasted for less than10 mins as the recruiter realised that I applied for different role within the same function last year. She asked 2 questions and concluded that it is best that she reference the notes from my interview with another recruiter for a different position from last year. As a BIPOC candidate, I'd say I am used to hiring teams from select few companies not being fully invested in the proces and sadly Lululemon falls in the same category. In a way I am glad that we didnt proceed further with the hiring process. Just as companies want candidates to be fully invested in the hiring process, candidates expect the same out of the hiring companies. Its a two way street.
