I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The beginning to the whole process starts with an e-mail invite to a group interview; mine was facilitated by the assistant store manager and an educator. This interview was casual and in regards to what to bring and wear depends on the e-mail sent. Typically, applicants arrive in their workout clothes and for my specific group interview I was asked to bring my favorite piece of workout gear in addition. Wearing Lulu is not required, but I suggest it!
If you move on to the next round, you will receive an invite to a "sweat" interview where you will workout with the Lulu team and then an interview afterwards; mine was with the whole Lululemon team and we went to workout at a local crossfit gym and then met at starbucks after. After that, you will have to wait for a phone call to see if you are offered a job.
Personal Timeline:
round 1 --> Waited 1 1/2 months from the time I applied to getting an invite to a group interview
round 2 --> 2 weeks before I heard a response and invited to the "sweat" interview
round 3 --> 3 days after "sweat" interview, verbal offer via phone call
