Interview
Pretty smooth and easy interview process. I did a group zoom call with the assistant manager, key leader, and 4 other applications. Got an offer for a second interview with the store manager the next day and heard back a 1 1/2 later. The interview questions in both interviews utilized the STAR method.
Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager

It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.
