1st round group interview. Second round individual interview with a manager. They are looking to ensure you can apply the STAR method when answering. The first round is sort of a competition so do your best to give answers that show personality and problem solving ability. Be concise!

Tell me about a time where you had an upset client and how did you go about resolving the situation? How do you like to sweat? Tell me about a time where you experienced conflict with a co-worker or colleague, how did you go about resolving the issue?
Very laidback, lots of questions regarding personal and professional goals. First interview was an online group interview and the second was a one on one with a lead and a manager

It was amazing and they really thought about the questions. They were super friendly. I needed more experience in the end. Like they were super helpful. I learned a lot from my expereience there.
