Interview
Very different from the traditional interview. It was a group interview at a park. We were 4-5 in each group and were asked behavioral questions with 3 staff members and lastly the manager.
Personally, while having an interview in a park was nice and fun it was freezing cold, and hard to focus during the interview with a lot of people around.

Tell me about a time you set a goal for yourself that was very difficult. Tell me what you did to achieve that goal and why.
Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
