I applied through college or university. I interviewed at lululemon (Columbia, MO) in Nov 2020
Interview
First interview stage is a group interview, and you had to bring a “demo” presentation about any topic of our choice. My group did things such as paper airplanes, how to juggle, a yoga pose, etc. I did my demo on the steps to making an açaí bowl and brought little samples for everyone (so try hard ik) Second stage is a one-on-one interview with the highest level manager which was a typical interview just getting to know me and seeing if my availability aligns with what’s needed.
