Efficient yet thorough- Dropped my resume into a local store and was invited to a group interview. About a week after the group interview, I was invited to a 1:1 with store manager where she asked more personal questions about my vision for working at lululemon, my goals, etc.

Interview was a group interview, so there were multiple people at a time. The interviewer asked standard questions (past experience, why you are a good fit for the role, name a challenge you overcame, what are you hoping to get out of the role, etc.)

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
