I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
The interview process started with an email confirming work eligibility, including visa status. Afterwards, a Zoom link and scheduled time were provided. The interview itself was a group session, but responses were given individually. Interviewers asked structured questions, and at the end, candidates had the chance to ask their own questions. There were no group tasks or collaborative activities, making the process straightforward and focused on personal performance.
