Face to Face interview with the hiring managers, three rounds of interview where it was more of a discussion. I told them about myself and what I could bring to the table. They also told me the company goals, strategy, etc. Very transparent system.

Normal discussions regarding earlier jobs, salary etc., two rounds attended first by HR and then with CEO directly. The entire process was a 3 day process after which shortlisting was done and offer letter was issued.
