applied through LinkedIN,After a period of 2 months they contacted and replied,first a telephonic interview followed by a skype call next day.They made the offer immediately then after 3 days they semi-declined(even if i call today they will ask for followup,which makes no sense)Very bad hiring process even for a startup.they ask you to co-ordinate with anyone.
