Tell me about a case where you had to or wanted to collaborate with another person or team and they did not reciprocate. What did you do? 5. Tell us about a time when you had to convince somebody that change was necessary. What made you think that your new approach would be better suited? 6. How does a bank make money? 7. What do you need to always consider before implementing any optimization / cost reduction measure? 8. You now have two minutes to add any further comments you may have.
