This is an entry -role so people are not expected to have a lot of experience. - They asked about my strength, weaknesses. - They look for your leadership potential. - The assessment is a complete day activity with all the candidates, where you have to do different activities. - You are watched by the whole top team or top managers of the area you are a candidate form. - They evaluate your ability to work in teams, how you listen, how you communicate your ideas. - You will be given case studies, be asked to work in teams and see how you analyze situations, data and how you make decisions. - You will have to make a presentation on the spot and have to present in front of all the managers. - The last step is an interview with the head of the department.
