I chose the interview as "difficult" ONLY because S3 actually took the time to analyze who I am, what I do and came prepared to further investigate how I can bring value to the Company as well as enriching my career goals. Sooo...that's "difficult" in a GOOD WAY. To me, an "easy" interview conveys a disinterested and/or unprepared potential employer. I'm looking for a meaningful career, so I'm looking for someone to ask good questions and share good information. S3 ranks right up there in the top, if not THE top.
