What is you leadership style
One of the key areas of focus during my interview was culture fit and leadership mindset. A particularly insightful question was: "Can you share an example of how you navigated a challenging situation involving people and processes in your previous roles?" This question aimed to understand my approach to team dynamics, decision-making, and handling conflicts. The discussion revolved around how I build trust within teams, drive process improvements, and align engineering execution with business goals while ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment. The interviewers were keen on evaluating not just technical expertise, but also how I think as a leader and how well I fit into Planview’s culture.
