It's a bit unfortunate as I imagine they screen a hell of a lot of talent out or they pass 6 months down the line simply because they understand what these interviews are. Cannot stress enough this is an interview where the most prepped person will pass regardless of technical level as it is very time-pressured
The recruiter never set the right expectations with me.I felt they were dishonest about HM expectations during some rounds.By the way anyone appearing for this position , please be aware they dont care about your experience in stakeholder management , understanding buisness or strategizing but only care about how you solve LC Medium questions.They should be honest about this in the JD and clearly welcome only SWEs or SDMs(S/w Development Manager).I dont understand the reason for wasting candidate's time by being dishonest.
