typical management leadership questions. The feedback was ridiculous which prompted this review. Their 3 concerns they have with me, never showed up on my 7 other company panel interview feedback, which makes me think they are BSing or got the candidates mixed up. i sometimes screw up on coding (typically what i get my negative feedback on).
Every single interview step is self-explanatory. Some questions are based on prior experience, and some of them are a case where they would like to see how would you behave in them.

What's the biggest team you've managed?
1) Describe your background etc? No technical questions.
A lot of questions about previous experience. Some technical problems to debug, i.e. if you see these symptoms or logs, what do you think is wrong with code assuming that a jr. engineer wrote it. (didn't like that one because it could be a lot of things depending on how junior that jr. engineer is)
