the interview process is always the best reflection of a company. In my case going through 2 stages did not even warrant a feedback email or any communication eventhough the hiring manager had previously made contact on Whats up which is professional. So I would avoid this company.
The questions were around how do you make decisions, gather requirements, cultivate talent, and adjust your leadership style. The code test consisted of 3 exercises, 2 Medium and 1 Hard. One was a SQL query, the other 2 were String manipulation exercises.
