Technical interview is very easy, recruiters want to grasp general candidate's understanding of multi-tiered architecture.
The interview questions were not difficult and it felt more like a conversation. The presentation was a reasonable challenge around how you would plan a strategy around recruitment and how you would improve their current procedures. Very open ended.
