There were several questions being asked. Be prepared to talk about the company, values, and growth. It's important to understand their vision and mission and relate that to your work. They had questions prepared based on your application - which is a lengthy questionnaire. Overall I feel they got a good sense of who I was as a professional - not so much as a person though.

Asked about recruiting strategies in a competitive hospitality market, employee relations examples and how I handled, etc.
