the leadership principles as you dont know which one they will use. there are multiple interviews and each one will be using different leadership principles than the other one
"How would you handle this sitation. The situation described is an employee altercation. As you explain each answer a curveball is thrown in the form of "you don't have access to this. The manager handling the report didn't follow proceedure etc. Different obstacles are thrown to see how you would react.
