No questions asked, just automated rejection with no context about 3 months after application with no prior conversation.
I wasn't interviewed. I received a phone screen to determine if I was a real person who can speak to his resume. There wasn't any trick questions in the 30 minute phone screen.
No difficult question. An interesting question by the hiring manager - Tell me a time you failed in a project or a task - and what did you learn from that?
