Are you able to work with a remote team in Pakistan?
I had to pass: * a cognitive test, which is a basic IQ test * maths test (irrelevant to the job) * an English test, which tests my pronunciation, understanding of word meanings, and (irrelevant) ability to memorize and repeat a spoken sentence * GenAI test - which is the one I failed because they expected me to write extremely complex ChatGPT prompts that hide their workings and format their answers - this is the most ridiculous test because it doesn't match the job description, and because it isn't the correct way to use ChatGPT
All the questions were behaivorial and case as the position required skills that are identified with such types of questions
