They had me watch a video of an employee describing what it is like to work under Steve Jobs. In short, she said "He fired me over 30 times, Steve jobs was the type of person to throw things at you (like a stapler) and he would either break you or make you strong". This culture is not complete wrong however it is a different type of barbaric behavior I wanted no part in.
