In the past, how have you resolved an issue at work and handled the situation?
My interview was quite long (1 hour and 15 minutes). It was almost completely technical, related to many mechanical concepts that we have learnt in engineering. They also tested a little on algorithms, mathematics and codings, to test me for the suitability for a new project. From the written test, the answers that went wrong in the technical paper were also discussed. Many questions were put to me from various subjects, also there was a board in the room upon which a few questions and diagrams were discussed. The interviewers were very friendly and knowledgeable too. It was a good, rigourous testing.
They will give some schematic drawings to you and ask you to indicate what systems are.
Aluminium, Steel, Cast iron- Arrange in the order of decreasing deformation to the same load given.
