The technical question was a case study around a structural issue in a cargo ship. The context and issues were provided by the interviewer and I had to describe how one would determine the root cause of the problem and possible solutions.
Describe a situation which didn't go to plan, how did you deal with it? Describe a situation in which you had to be creative to overcome a problem
Tell me about a time you felt strongly about something (that maybe other people did not and you had to convince them otherwise), Tell me about a time someone did not work the way they were supposed to and it ended up affected the results, Give an example of a tough decision that you had to make, etc.
