Probably the biggest challenge question was the concept that I, as a candidate, appeared to be over-qualified for the position based upon my resume. There was concern expressed that I would not stay in this position very long and there was reluctance to outline a career path for growth based upon success.
There whole process was really nice and informal which allowed me to relax and be myself so I don't think there was actually a formal set of questions.
