There wasn't really a specific question that stood out. I merely pointed out some flaws or shortcomings of their existing model and assured them that I could improve the process, and eventually the bottom line.
"What are you passionate about?" This threw me for a loop because it wasn't about work passion, just life in general. I answered very honestly and I think it was to my advantage and also helped place me well within the company.
