The manager asked me several times how I was coping with changes in business procedures, which was rather unpleasant. It seemed that he wanted someone who wouldn't talk back and would do what he was told without expressing their own opinion. After this meeting, I received only an automated response saying that they would continue negotiations with a more suitable candidate.

Interview questions included topics around the type of work I've done regarding platforms, clients, etc. I was also asked about my experience with management and challenges I learned to overcome in managing other paid media specialists.
