If you consider working for them, take everything they say with a pinch of salt. They are very friendly and made me feel they really wanted me for the position. They don’t go through HR to reach out to you. In the end, after reaching out to the person I was in touch with, she did not bother to let me know they had chosen someone else herself and this is when she looped HR in.
