They asked the usual, how do you handle conflict at work, tell us two pros and one con about yourself. During the video interview they asked about how much money I make in my current position and what are my salary expectations. It was particularly awkward for a video interview. You usually negotiate these things at the end or disclose your salary range during the application.
What are your strengths? What role do you play on a team? Etc.

"Me conte uma experiência dentro da sua trajetória em que você se deparou com algum problema/dificuldade/desafio e conseguiu solucionar obtendo resultados positivos, e que você acredite que seja importante para o trabalho de um MSL." OBS: essa pergunta foi feita na primeira e segunda etapas do processo, ou seja, pelo RH (de uma maneira mais simples) e pelo Gestor da vaga.
