Third step: You're sent around 10-12 articles and are asked to memorize the concepts featured in them. They focus heavily on the 14/45 day rule during the interview process--so know that and be able to answer hypothetical questions about it. They ask about the credit card application process, what a debt management program is, types of CC rewards, the difference between a secure and insecure credit card, and about APR. Definitely know the articles inside and out. I knew them extremely well, and even that wasn't enough.
