The interview process starting from HR was most amusing. The questions that were being asked of me were absolutely ridiculous given my career history (spanning 20 + years in merchandising product development and branding). The most difficult question I was asked was whether I was a flexible team player that understood that it was an entrepreneurial environment requiring often long hours. I think the three people who interviewed me from HR were recent college grads reading from a scripted interview book. I mean honestly, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" ! I wanted to say, hopefully proudly having you potty trained...

I would say the question 'Describe a time you played with a child, what did you do to make the child happy?' was the most difficult only if you don't have experience with younger children. Other than that the questions are pretty easy to answer.
