What customer service jobs have you had in the pass?
The hiring manager asked a lot of strategy and strategic thinking questions. Not many specific or hypothetical questions, it was pretty much like it was having a great conversation with a retailer industry professional in a relaxed setting versus being in a traditional interview in an office. We talked over a hour. It was the best interview I have ever had.
