The interview process was lengthy but it's as worthwhile to the applicant as it is to the company. They are in-depth about their interview and selection process, which I think says a lot about the company. I liked that they take a lot of time to really explain the company and give the applicant a feel for the culture and expectations to make a decision of their interest as well. They ask questions to really get to know and understand who you are, how you work, and how you will work with other employees and clients. There were 5 steps to my interview process. This was the most steps I've ever had for any job, though I was happy to continue through the process and have opportunity to speak with multiple levels of the organization during the process. The steps consisted of a self recorded video interview, a phone screen with the recruiter, a zoom call with the owner, a zoom call with the direct supervisor and another manager, and a zoom call with the direct supervisor and owner together.
