3 rounds of interviews: recruiter, hiring manager (culture fit), and team members (behavioral/knowing the software). All rounds asked typical questions, but its recommended to have experience with their software before going into the interviews. There seems to be disorganization and lack of communication between the teams in promptly proceeding to the next rounds as well as candidates getting ghosted.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at nTop (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Three rounds of interviews with the people who I would be working directly with. The business team and the hiring manager. Each interview was held virtually. The questions were pretty strait forward and were asking about my past experience.

Question 1
Please explain how your past experience would be applicable to this new position. I see you have limited experience in our exact field. How will you overcome this?
The first interview is a standard phone interview. The second interview seemed completely different. I was told the second interview would be another phone call only to receive an email with a zoom link 3 minutes after I was supposed to get a call.
