The Senior Sourcer should be fired. The interview with was very much an integration of why I left the different jobs I've held!! She seemed not to be interested in my explaining the work I've actually done or my accomplishments, but WHY I moved from one job to the next. Does she not realize that people move from jobs, especially in the tech field where there's constant layoffs?? Like why, WHY would she continuously ask why I left a certain company? If people weren't leaving a company, there would be no applicants for the job posted!! Also, she said she would definitely get back to me, she didn't. Just had an automatic message sent. Also, when I reached back out to ask where I'd gone wrong in my interview with her, all she said is they moved forward with candidates with better experience, even though they knew my experience even before the interview via my resume. This was an overall terrible experience. Their HR clearly needs to be trained or let go.
