Had an initial phone meeting told the job expired and called me again 2 weeks later to mention the interview was back on. Even though I had a job lined up I took it anyway. Had an interview in Sydney absolute joke of an interview. I have previous experience in sales and they took no interest in what I had learned and what I did everyday. At the start of the interview I was told by someome in the inteview I won't mention: that C-Level Execs are "not busy people" so we are should always be top of mind for them. There was meant to be 3 people but 2 showed up. They how I did my job before and just disagreed with my prospecting and following up ideas. Feel like it was a formality and just to boost their egos
