Submitted the application online. HR rep called a few days later, but the entire call felt very rushed and perfunctory. Like she definitely had something better to do and talking to me was a waste of time. It was clearly not the right environment for me.

Standard "tell me about yourself" but she didn't seem very interested I'm any of my answers. Seemed in a rush to end the call.

Very comprehensive with detailed and relevant questions, was a 3 step process starting with HR and finishing with Leadership. Also left time to ask what was important to me in a role.
