The interview consisted entirely of CCNA level questions but there were a few open-ended questions. If a user's computer is not able to reach the internet, what action would you take. If a user can not reach the Google web page, what action would you take.

There are 3-4 rounds conducted. 1st was the Aptitude.(kind of tough questions, it includes technical, anlytical and logical resoning ) 2nd and 3rd was Technical interview.( Wherein you come across the questions related to the hardware/network/database/storage..... 4th was the HR round.
