What questions??? They do not bother to even pick up the phone and chat with a prospective candidate.
There weren´t really any difficult questions, what skills can you use at our company, tell us about yourself, what position, what do you like about Japan, why did you come to Japan, what do you dislike about Japan etc.
What drives you?
Most of the questions are standard interview questions. They do test your retention on what you learned in the full day interview, so a good tip is to bring a notebook with and take notes.
No unexpected/difficult question. We went over a business plan I had previously developed or my statistical skills without technical questions.
None-pretty standard if you have worked in sales before. They already seemed to have checked me out, knew a lot about me-which I found flattering.
