All 4 interviews were conducted the same way. There was a “hurry up” mentality. All the questions were the same, “when can you start, we lost several people all at once”.
The initial recruiter asked questions related to the clinic dynamic in which I preferred to practice. The providers did not ask me questions during the second interview/lunch meeting.
